So as to achieve these objectives the company offers a comprehensive service encompassing the die design and construction, product manufacture and delivery thereof, as well as the maintenance of dies and tools used in the manufacturing process of the parts.

The main priorities are the following:

DESIGN AND MANUFACTURE OF DIES:
Management, in association with our customers, of the manufacturing process of dies and control tooling, being present from the design process.

BLANKING:
Starting from the coils, a band is cut which is then given the desired shape, for its subsequent drawing.

STAMPING AND DRAWING:
The company specialises in the manufacture, through progressive dies of large and medium sized parts with high turnover. To do so, it starts with coils of various materials such as: stainless steel, hot-rolled steel, cold-rolled steel, plated steel and highly resilient strengths.

SUBSETS:
It has robotic cells for arc welding and by spot welding for the assembly of the subsets.

SURFACE TREATMENTS:
Management of the outsourcing of the plating, having for that purpose, approved subcontractors. All these processes are subjected to the strictest controls so as to ensure the quality of the delivered product.
